FAQ

  • Items can be shipped within the United States. No international shipping is available at this time. All items are shipped and billed at cost by either UPS or USPS, depending on which option has the best rates. All items ship with insurance.

  • Items will be accepted if buyer notifies me within a week of item being delivered. Shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • If an item arrives damaged please photo document all items including box condition and unpacking. All packing material should be saved as it will be needed to process through insurance. Please contact me immediately to report damaged items.
